St Leonard

Set within a quiet, tree-lined enclave of North Toronto, the Lawrence Park Residence began with a dual ambition: to craft a home grounded in everyday function, yet refined in its architectural restraint. The brief called for spaces that could evolve with a growing family, while staying calm and inspiring. At its core, the project explores balance. How might a plan feel open and fluid, yet still articulate moments of intimacy and definition? How can a façade shield the private life within, while inviting light deep into the home? The result is a careful negotiation between transparency and enclosure, growth and discipline, warmth and restraint.
